Amid doctors' strike, President Buhari travels to the UK for medical check-up

Dear MyNigeria reader,
At a time when doctors in Nigeria are fighting for better conditions of service, President Buhari departed the country for a routine check-up in the UK. Like it’s the norm, Nigerians have reacted to his unnecessary trip with many questioning why the President should be travelling on taxpayers money when the medical facility in Aso Rock is equipped state of art equipment.
While Nigerians in the country questioned the presidency, others in the UK hit the street in protest.
The coronavirus daily count is gradually increasing. So far, 163,000 Nigerians have been affected with the virus, while, 2, 058 have died.
Always remember to adhere to the safety protocols.
